Shipping Methods & Costs:
UPS is Source's standard online carrier. If another service or account is desired, please request a quote from Source.  The online shipping quotations include shipping materials and insurance.

Order Processing:
After receipt of order, Source will send you an order acknowledgement that will include the estimated shipping date.

Delivery Estimates:
The estimated delivery times listed online are based on the shipping method you choose and do not include order processing time. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Damages & Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@source.space so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier. We are also happy to help you track down any lost packages.

International Shipping:
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and duties. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
